Dr. Pace is the founder of Cares Behavioral Services. She earned her Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology in 2010 and her Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2003. Dr. Pace is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (Supervisor), and an Arkansas Secondary Education Certified Teacher. She has over 15 years of experience working directly with enhancing the thought process of others in an effort to promote positive mental growth. Dr. Pace has taught in the Jefferson County Juvenile Detention Center School for 11 years; provided substance abuse counseling since 2007 and Mental Health Therapy since 2015. She is also experience in the academic services for higher education (college). Her experience and education makes her uniquely qualified to meet a wide range of counseling needs.
